Exclamation [HELP] HTC One M8 Windows - Stuck on Blue Screen Sad Face

Hello,

I have an HTC One M8 for Windows OS stuck in a boot loop. It boots to HTC splash logo then boots to a Blue Screen with a sad face. Is there any way to fix this? I tried a hard reset but it gets stuck at like 20% then reboots to sad face logo.

Is there any way to get this phone into download mode to try and reflash the firmware? It does not want to sync to my PC

Any help would be much apprecaited!

Thanks!
