Member: 2146046 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 62 | [HELP] HTC One M9 Stuck in Fastboot Mode I have an HTC One M9 (SPRINT) here that is stuck in fastboot mode. Phone will not power on to normal OS, it just boots to fastboot mode where I can select "Reboot to Bootloader" etc.... I am trying to flash stock firmware back to this phone to see if I can get it back to a working state. The phone is currently LOCKED and S-ON. I can't flash the firmware file because the phone is S-ON. I tried to S-OFF the phone with the DIRECT MODE - WRITE SECURITY METHOD but I just get error. Sending oem writesecureflag 0 ... FAILunknown command FAILED (remote: unknown command) Execution time is 12(ms) Operation finished This keeps failing and Idk how to S-OFF phone like this in this sate where it wont fully boot. Is this MOBO DAMAGE? Can anyone help me? I also try to READ INFO and get this error. Reading information... Using Fastboot mode... Member: 2416253 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4,162 | Hello, You can only flash hosd (download mode core) while in bootloader mode. Please refer to the link provided by debeliamark, it should help, unless it's a emmc problem (which is widely known for M9) |
