help please with U11

[bandura]

Dear friends,
I got U11 with relocked bootloader, it boots to decrypt screen and asks for password and then nothing..
I am unable to flash anything and unable to unlock bootloader again..
Also, I see that there is 2PZC100 on the back of the phone, but 2PZC50000 is on fastboot read. MID has been changed?!- no idea. Anyways, I could not do anything with power adapter.
During flashing it gives errors ever MID does not match (Oreo) or downgrade is not allowed (Nougat). Could you please help?
