I try to follow the offline mode and it donest work.
anything wrong with the steps or box got damaged?

after those steps nothing changed.

then i try the direct mode.
clearsimlock, after a while window pop up then I click on yes, nothing happening

same situation here with writing CID on it.

Let me guess, your card is not registered or not upgraded?

Please install drivers from support area first, you can't even read information from phone with your current drivers!

coz when i bought this, the seller told me is already activated. So I didnt registered or upgrade it. but now, i just try to do it, it shows no xtc clip found.

what can i do with it now?

Solution Block the Antivirus/Turn off/ Or Disabled, And Click Next.& Register
If u Still stuck with same Problem= pls change ur SD Reader...Dats it.. 100% work

problem solved... re-seller put the smart sim wrong side in the clip box....

Unfortunately some reseller put the smartcard in a wrong position, that's why we have this small photo-manual.
