Hello.

1. I don't know what do you call "virus", but you can start by master-resetting the phone.
2. If it's MTK phone, it's not yet officially supported by XTC 2 Clip, sorry.

Come to open HTC Android Section make a thread posting your phone details info. at least IMEI Serial Sticker from Back part or Screenshot from inside software information in details.
