I do this way but when I entered in FTM mode simlock nothink happening

Connect xtc and select special unlock then choose 626s and select unlock boot loader then copy files after that enter device to FTM Mode you can press only ftm mode after xtc2clip connected to your device or you can go to FTM manual Hold Volume UP then power for 5 sec after that to know if this work go to download mode volume down then power and check if boot unlocked then he sucses with unlock

download 5.1.1 RUU
and then s-off
and downgrade should work

i test unlock to device to 5.1.1 and 6.0.1 And Work
