Hello,

I can try to arrange HOSD files for you, but I doubt it will help, because when it's a problem of HOSD - it will, at least, give an error. But in your case it just hangs.

What did you do exactly? Replaced EMMC and wrote an image from another phone, or ... ?

No, I have check EMMC chip, look's it's ok. Only 10% lifetime is used. I can erase or flash it correctly, so I decide to not change it. I have extract partitions images from hboot image and flash it directly to EMMC. Problem is still same, bootloop, can't enter to any mode except bootloader. No recovery, no download mode. Here is list of flashed partitions:
aboot
adsp
appreload
boot
cache
cmnlib32
cmnlib64
cota
dsp
fsc
hosd
hyp
keymaster
lkecsapp
modemst1
modemst2
pmic
radio
recovery
rfg_3
rpm
sensor_hub
slpi
tz
venus
xbl

All of them I have extract from hboot image and flash to EMMC. And nothing.

Having the same issue. And, you know, dump didn’t help me at all. The only difference after flash erasure and dump uploading - the phone doesn’t reboot when trying to switch from bootloader to recovery/download while connected via USB. It just hangs with small gray HTC on black screen and responds to some fastboot commands but can’t be flashed though. RebootRUU leads to bootloop.
EMMC exchange between two phones leads to non-powering bricks somewhy. After IC’s being returned as they should be - all remains the same: 1 bootlooped and 1 working phone.
Now I’m trying to find how to make S-OFF via direct EMMC connection - maybe it should help to flash it through fastboot with any positive result.

If anyone needs dump (full or partial) of first 1GB from working and/or „bootlooped” phone (32GB) - contact me via pm.

You can't, S-OFF is no longer a "flag" located somewhere, it's now a temporary flag in the memory, roughly saying.

The good test would be to take an EMMC from a working phone, backup it, then take EMMC from "damaged" phone, read it, write dump to the EMMC from first phone, and then solder this "good" EMMC filled with data from bad EMMC.
This way you can ensure that it was an EMMC problem.

As I said - changing IC’s vice versa leads to 2 bricks. They just don’t start in any way: no bootloader, no 9008 port via USB, nothing. OCR, CID, (ext)CSD bits are almost the same, except IC’s serial, manufacture date and 2 specific fields (Reserved and Vendor specific). I have Toshiba 64GB chip (EMMC 5.1, as Sandsk inside). With and without fixed MBR - bricked. I don’t know why it is happens.
So, writing dumps vice versa won’t solve anything, I suggest.
