Htc 10 bootloop

Hi
i have a Htc 10 restart in logo
phone only restart in logo and with vol+ vol- only go to the bootloader mode.
phone not going to download mode and recovery mode. only bootloader mode

xtc not showing info in model id cid imei line info .....

please guide me this Hw problem or software?
phone is Locked and S ON and not going to download mode for Unlock and S off and...
