Htc 10 cannot s-off to unlock [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Hy. I have a problem with an htc 10 android 8.0 . I want to unlock but ftm not working. I unlock the bootloader , i install twrp but cannot root. In twrp root show success but not rooted. Any solution TEAM???

Hello,

Please use PowerAdapter to S-OFF, then use "Special unlock/IMEI" tab to unlock.

It's time to get one then, because all 2017-2018 phones are supported via PA only.

Hy. After ordering power adapter i make s-off without any problem. But now i copy file from special unlock tab to clip boot the phone in ftm mode and a received this error. Any help. The phone recognize the sdcard mount.

decryption will go away after hard reset
make sure connect clip to phone with normal smart card not power adapter for sim unlock

The same problem. I repaired the clip. Smart card inserted in clip. Everytime the sam problem. I change 2 flex. Any solution??
