What files do you have on the clip? If you see original FTM mode, then it doesn't see correct files on the clip.

Seems right, but I don't see smart_io.crd, is it hidden?

I unlock a 626 with sd mode perfect. Smart card is ok

You must see one more file named smart_io.crd along with unlock files

I have try to downgrade to android 6 or 7 but not working. I buy poweradapter special for this phone. Please help to unlock this phone

Problem solved by myself. After downgrade to 6.0.1 sim unlock work from first try.

Right, there is a problem with O80 of HTC 10, thanks a lot for helping to find out!
It will be fixed ASAP in the upcoming release (this week I hope).
