Htc 10 need unlock solution

Hy team. I received an htc 10 from another service gsm for unlock. The other gsm service try to unlock without success. Now the phone have s-off cid changed and android 8.0.0. When i try to unlock with special tab i received sim lock not found. Is a solution fot this. I don't have power adapter. Thanks

i think u must not see this screen with clip connected in phone
it must show xtc2 clip tool
did u copy files from special tab ?
if yes than make clip repair
try again

is it still same in ftm mode ?
you can try flashing phone than try unlock
