Did u copy files from special unlock tab in software?
If yes please rechk if it exists on clip by connecting clip to pc

I think something is wrong, as version should not be 2.14, I will get back tomorrow about this, sorry|!

Sorry for late answer.

Please do this:

1) Run XTC 2 Tool, go to "Special unlock/IMEI" tab, select your model and press Copy files.
2) Download this file: https://xtc2.net/downloads/2PYRDIAG
3) Copy downloaded file to the XTC clip REPLACING existing file.

Connect the clip to the phone as usual and reboot to FTM mode.

Please report your results!

the phone stuck at loading diag...

have you copied other files from special unlock tab?
phone s-off or not

I did downloaded the file to xtc clip but as hector320 said, stuck on loading diag

xtc2clip i try your explaination and same problem. i restore xtc2clip drive, i put the file inside, i have the power adaptor.. i do all .. and failed.. can help?

Ofcourse, please tell me - are you trying to S-OFF or to unlock?
If S-OFF - can you post a log here please?
