Ok.. here where i did.. phone bootloader unlock, phone s-off with xtc2clip + poweradaptor

Phone is Cricket HTC 550 ... Android 7.0 Feb 1 2017 Sec Level. Soft number 1.08.506.7

Good, phone is S-OFF this is perfect, but what error do you get during the unlock process?

If i use the original files created by xtc in special tab he give me some diag error and phone reboot, if use the file you provide get stuck in the white screen when press FTM mode ...

Did u remove previous files ?

Do you have xtc2_log.txt file on the clip (it's auto created after the unlock process)

first copy files from software from pc
than copy file that was given in link above overwrite but do not delete previous files

Ok, i do the process now.. firs with original files from xtc2clip.. read log when FTM:

When i do the second process with file downloaded and replaced in sd, the phone stuck in white screen with diags errors, and no log created ...
