HTC 820 unable to flash

Actually I`m trying to network unlock the phone , but I need to flash new software in order to do that.
1. On xtc there is 820s network unlock... but my phone is single sim and has twrp.
2. A solution for the flashing issue? Tried 3-4 firmwares.... same error

phone boots ok but network locked.

download from support "0PFJIMG_A51_UL_M60_DESIRE_SENSE70_MR_HTC_Europe_3 .17.401.3_Radio_01.01.010_U10305041_08.01.50512_re lease_476105_signed_2_4" and flash it over RUU.
If u get error, try same version but "_partial_2_4.zip"
Last instance if stil no luck, use "0PFJIMG_A51_UL_L50_DESIRE_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_2 .10.401.2_R_Radio_01.01.010_U10305041_08.01.50512_ release_453024_signed_2_4.zip

unlock with sd mode its easy

i tried with the sd mode, I push copy files and 820n reboots and gets stuck in recovery....
touchscreen not working.

I see there it`s 820s , the dual-sim one. Is it the same ?

there is no need to flash your phone to network unlock
just use sdmode to unlock

Ok, so I copy imei and tick "lock" choosing 0-unlocked
with the imei below

I choose save to drive
Afterwards, I remove the sd from the sd-reader, insert in the phone and boot to Hboot
Phone laaags a lot and I finally choose SIMLOCK

Open MCCMNC file fail
Open CID file fail
Open IMEI file fail....

What am I doing wrong?

D820s is mtk model
D820n is qualcomm
connect clip to pc and press read from drive and check

When I boot with the sd-adapter in the phone, it just hangs a lot (like 3-5 minutes)
Then SD Checking .... for a long long while

I just did that... and repaired the flex ... I had a broken line

Now phone accepts full firmware in RUU.
Trying to unlock it now.
