Hello everyone. I flashed on htc a9 sprint partial file, and my phone can pun boot and recovery mode. can I flash it via adb from recovery? look at ..

You can flash hosd to get access to download mode, then full flash.

correct command

if still fails than file mismatch or emmc boot repair required

No, sorry,only to try all files and try to boot into download mode.
