htc 828 dual unlock [SOLVED]

Hi support,

I have htc828 dual for unlock..
I do correctly all of the steps, but after the process on phone phone does not gets unlocked?

Step one: I select 828 from list
Press copy files
Step two: plug microsd on phone
hold volume + and power
phone boots in service mode, on screen I get xtc tool with yellow
letters and clip starts to check phone info.. at the end phone restarts
but its still locked

how to solve this?
