After enter SPC and reset the phone my phone still locked. Please help

Unlocked success but can't get 4G after add apn, only able make call. Maybe someone know how to help?

How do you manage to get 4G ?
I just able to make phone calls.

how to get pass handsfree activation, even after unlock success, it keeps coming back , and it wont get any data after that, just phone call.
