Hi,

If I'm not wrong Bolt has permanent S-OFF, but this error may happen due to buggy S-OFF implementation from HTC, in this case just try it 2-3 times, it should work.
Also please try other option - like CID change to make sure the process itself it working.

tried several times before and after your advise.
Received success only after superCID procedure, for 2 phones.
