the file is also not in support area

i have flashed withh india asia but it gets me unknown baseband

Hello,

This file name is fake, there is no "HTC ARABIC" for this model.
And 492589 is a HTC Europe flash file.

Do you know the original firmware version of this phone?

no I dont kn the previous version it was already unknown baseband I have flashed via Europe file too but still unknown baseband in download mode system info I can see the imei number

Please write model ID from the back (rear part) of your phone.

If you get "flight mode" always ON, and you don't see IMEI it means your modem doesn't start correctly. Most likely an invalid firmware is flashed.

i didnt get flight mode but the baseband and imei is unknown in about menu whereas in download mode system there is imei

Yes, 2PQ8100 is an A50CML_DTUL, correct.

So my proposition is: you can try to repair IMEI using Special unlock / IMEI tab.
