Repeat flash again right away. Sometimes you have to do it twice 2X

When you get error "Flash not successfull, reboot will not be done" click on "Flash phone" again basically your just flashing 2 times

If that doesn't work Im not sure what it would be... Software,Hardware issue?? My past experience flashing with XTC2 clip is I flash twice and it works for me 100% of the time.. I really hope this works for you.

my device is relocked must be unlock bootloader or without unlockbootloader please example

Ok why don't you S-off the phone and set CID to super cid 11111111. This will eliminate alot of problems.... You have the XTC2 clip which is a very powerful device and between your device and our brains we can do this!!! I have faith in us and the XTC2 clip
