SD MODE EDITOR method not working. please help

Hi , i also have this problem.

I had unlocked many of this before, but i have 2 pieces that just wont want to unlock. I used SD mode, change flex and repaired firmware with the 2015 and 2017s edition, but the same. I also ejected safely everytime.
What i observed, that i cannot do s-off also on OPCV200 ( in other it works perfectly) and also tried in the Sprint tab but ##3424## not working and if i press button to do it it just opens dialpad and stays like that.
Any suggestions please ?

1. Why you can't S-OFF? What error in direct mode?
2. Phone is asking for code or shows "Invalid sim" ?

It does not show or give error, it says it's done, but when i check it's still ON. Tried multiple times
Phone is saying invalid sim, but the keyboard appears to enter NCK.

Ok so here what i managed to do

After i unlocked bootloader on phone it showed "keycard failed" and still no unlock.

I tried format clip and images 2015,2017s, changed 6 flex, cleaned the clip, use without and with sd card adaptor and the results are the same.
Finally i resolved my issue by buying new clip, it unlocked even with locked bootloader but i am also interested in maybe fixing my old one if anybody else has other tips i can try, beside what i tried before.
