use special unlock tab in software

1 Unlock bootloader
2 Install twrp
3 Gain S-off
4 Copy files to sd card of xtc2clip
5 Insert sd card to phone
6 boot phone to FTM mode and do network unlock
Done!

Why do you need TWRP ?

downgrade and unlock than afterwards u can upgrade again

In order to be able to gain s-off, you need to install twrp or any other custom recovery.
In order to install custom recovery, you need to unlock bootloader.

I unlocked this phone on android 6.0.1
No need to downgrade.

I unlocked this phone on android 6.0.1
No need to downgrade.

for s-off no need twrp when u have xtc2clip with you

That is only if you have power adapter I guess.
Direct s-off not supported for this phone without power adapter. Not tried with power adapter anyway but no s-off with only xtc2clip
