You need to save files for your model to the clip first.

At the pioint 6, there are 2 screens:
1. htc58diag v1.01 xt_sd / 2:dia_rw / e PIRDIAG / Loading diag . . .
2. htc58diag v1.01 [[RedWriteFile] open error [-1] / There is no 2PYRDIAG / pid [430]

No I didn't, returned HTC to the customer. Also didn't get any help from support.
