HTC Desire 626 (0PKX20000) cant read sim - GSM-Forum

hello

the device came to me for FRP but with a wifi problem and when i put in a sim card it asks for the code

so i flashed this rom (HTC Europe 1.09.401.6 Radio 1.0.U20410.1@51007C 19.05 018 F 459321 ) from the support area

now the phone is unlocked and working but it cant detect the sim at all

check baseband in settings

the baseband is there
but when i do *#*#4636#*#* and i go to the phone info , the button "turn on radio" is stuck which mean the radio is stuck in "off" position
and i cant change anything from the dropdown list over it

phone info before flashing what was previous firmware ?
