HTC Desire 728w Dead Boot!

Hey guys...
Something weird happened with me from week ago, hence no one faced that issue in the world only me!
I just flashed HTC Desire 728w with this file from XTC support "2PQ8IMG_A50CML_DTUL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_hTC_Asia_I ndia_1.25.720.2_Radio_0.1524V28P36.0504.1102_relea se_466148_signed.zip"
The device went dead

I reconnected the battery and the same result
Any suggestions... much appreciated

May be downgrade killed phone
I have partial firmware that includes scatter and preloader but i don't have da file for this phone
May be emmc tool can repair boot for you
