htc htl21 htc j butterfly aukddi unlock problem after update with htc2 clip shows unlock option but cannot scroll or select it its freezing screen any help plz

htl21 unlock files copied successfully
enter special mode ok
unlock simlock ok
but no service ?????:conf used:

my back panel is fitted properly
imei not blacklisted
sim is working
flashing phone still no network
but test menu can select gsm/wcdma and signal come.but after reboot again no network.supporter help me how to get signal
