HTC M7 AT&T baseband unknown IMIE unkown

Hy

I got to Repair M7 PN071200 ,still restart and when unlock bootloader and instal cyanogenmod. i saw baseband unknown IMIE unkown. But in fastboot i can see imei.

Next i downgred Hboot 1.57 to 1.44 witch RIFF JTAG but still to same.
Next up os and hboot from ruu to 1.55 still to same. when he wants to install a higher software i see the error 155, i can not instal.

Not tried install a software via the cable Y
how to fix it??
