Try to use power adapter and make reset software version enable dongrade and flash 2.10.401.1

Hello,

It's a good idea to use search on support, it's easy and structured by market model, model ID, release, etc. And you can even just search by firmware version.
This file was uploaded like 2 years ago, it's number is 496316

Open xtc2clip program , click on Flash files download and will open browser. Click on search and imput 496316. Good luck

As long as you S-OFF you can flash any version, depending on the region you need, Android version, etc.
