Is there a way to (get and) write all partitions back to an htc one m7?

The phone is completely erased and does not even recognize as a htc phone when connected to a computer.
I guess it will be a hard nut if even repairable.

Hi!

Is it recognized as Qualcomm QH-USB device in device manager?
If it's not, then there may be other hardware damage.
But even if it is, it doesn't mean EMMC is not damaged.

It's only necessary to write only several primary partitions, the rest can be done from hboot mode later.

Yes the phone pops up as a qualcomm in device manager.
