i am a new bie how to start work for unlock plz tell me step by step it is asking invalid sim after that a bar is running after that Activation device not possible update in profile

just use sprint tab all instructions given there

i did all process in Sprint tab but still phone shows Hands Free Activation contacting network

handsfree activation normally takes 5 mins to go away
once setup done make sure to select network as gsm/umts

in settings GSM call settings option also not highlighted

After unlock you are not supposed to make factory reset untill phone has no service problem
Factory reset will relock phone

But after unlock this phone shows no service it is also failing in Handsfree Activation after some time in CLIP tab when open special menu Dm mode on but not asking to enter spc This phone was working before after reseted by customer this problem came

spc was calculated on first step when you started unlock with xtc2clip
please post screenshot when you unlock again after reset

Phone is not asking to enter spc code
Giving successful message but not unlock

Finally Done but when Reboot Hand free Activation
on screen take so much time how to make it off
