HTC M9 + does the process well but does not repair imei

Hello
Dear customers,

Since many users are confused about M9 + / E9 + / One ME IMEI repair, here is a manual how to do this:

1. Connect XTC 2 Clip to the computer.
2. Run XTC 2 Tool, go to "SD moderator", check "New IMEI" and "New IMEI2" (if you need to repair IMEI2 also), enter new values and click "Save to drive"
3. Go to "M9 + / E9 + / ..." tab and press "Copy files for M9 + / E9 + / Desire 820s"
4. Follow the regular unlock procedure. The unlock scripts will detect IMEI files and write new IMEI.

I already followed that process is successful and before but when turning on the equipment the imei is the same, it does not change
Use version 1.33 last also 1.32 and 1.25 and the same thing happens

Device data: HTC 0PK7110 9pw
version of Android 6.0 patch security 1 October 2016

PS the process of unlocking bootloader if you do it right but the imei's is false

please help
