HTC M9u Fail to get into RUU [Download mode flashing isnot working] - GSM-Forum

Hello Support,
I got 2 Pieces of HTC M9u , hanged on Green HTC logo on White Screen.
I can access to Bootloader mode and download mode.
1: but When i try to boot the device into RUU mode , phone reboots and get Green HTC logo on White Screen.
2: I tried to flash phone in download mode but when first file get flash on phone ,Phone reboots and starts up with green htc logo with white background,which fail the flashing process.

Here is the info of 1 Device - [Click to open]

This Comes if i try to put phone in RUU mode - [Click to open]

This Results when i flash phone in Download mode - [Click to open]

Lastly , I tried to unlock bootloader so i can flash custom recovery to try some custom rom.
but it failed like this.

bootloader unlock results - [Click to open]

I have the same problem it will be hardware problem

Hello,

OSError: [Errno 28] No space left on device

It's something with your local PC, it's trying to unpack the flash files, but can't find space. Please check it first.

space isnot issue , cause on first file flash phone reboot and phone turn on which fail the flashing process.
without ruu mode how it can be flash ? or we can repair the phone to get into ruu mode?

after this phone reboot to htc screen rather then booting to downlaod mode.

Hello,

Please try to hold vol-down before the phone reboots, this will auto-restart phone into download mode again

i did but phone still reboot to htc logo.
start restarts on htc.
if i go to download mode through bootloader mode then phone boot to download mode but if i press vol- and power then phone start reboots with silver htc logo(same like ruu mode logo)
