HTC One 10 Sprint Unlock

I'm trying to use the Sprint Universal unlock procedure to unlock my HTC One 10 Sprint phone. I did step one and 2 so I got the SPC code. It's saved. I also did steps 3 to turn on the special menu, enabling "DM". When I try to do step 4 and hit refresh I don't see anything under the com port. What can I do to fix this?

Check device manager if any device needs manual drivers
Also make sure you have copied files from special unlock tab

Hi Wagoo!

Sorry to hear that you are having problems again.

deepakgarg is right - if you don't see the COM port, most likely the drivers are not installed.

Do you still have this issue?

I installed the newest drivers but it is still blank. I see this:

Phone connected [HT6530102748] *** ADB mode

So it's detected by the computer but not the COM port.
