htc one m7 error


I received this clip yesterday and successfully unlocked htc m8 sprint.
today i want to s-off and change cid for htc one M7 by Y cable ,it just searches for files and returns to bootloader mode.In xtc2clip software i ticked cid as super cid and s-off.
what am i doing wrong.
note:bootloader is locked

It searches for files and find them or not? Can you make a photo of the phone after selecting simlock?

sorry i have returned it to customer.
but when i use simlock it said "sdcard init failed"

Use good Y cable ., some y cable not work with some Sdcard readers ., so try to change the sd reader and or y cable and check it again

Well, almost all are working.
But it's just recommended to use branded readers like Kingston, etc., because cheap Chinese versions may not work as intended.

I got the same error with 2 different y-cables and 5 different sd card readers

So, where is the "error" ?
And with M7 you can't do anything in direct mode, as you need to use Y cable.
You CANNOT communicate with phone from PC with an Y cable.

Question can i just use the sdcard slot on my laptop and usb cable instead of a Y cable ?
