i change cid un do S-OFF and unlock bootloader but cant unlock sim.
the code ##3424## dont work .

are you sure its sim locked ?
verizon m8 must be factory unlocked you just need to select gsm settings for network

yes i know non verizon sim prompt will stay there
for no service you need to change network settings from global to gsm/umts
