post fastboot info if u have flashed latest version
one thing u can try is nandroid backup for same mode id (at your own risk) via twrp

By the way, the phone was flashed with wrong firmware ( Verizon ). I changed Model id 0PJA10000 and 0PJA11000 to try gsm firmwares.

Is there any way to find the original model id of the phone via IMEI ?

Please reboot to download mode and check firmware, otherwise just flash latest HIMA_WHL firmware.

Hi , XT2clip support team , I need your help . I have HTC one M9 uhl 0PJA100 with cid 102 O2 Germany , somebody has do some custom flash now system status is modified , bootloader locked , S-on , download mode not working also no recovery . I will be thankfull if you can send me private all colection of uhl hosd files in order to try to repair download mode , or to send me right firmware for this device maybe latest one will work . I don't have a htc2clip , I was send him to service they can't do S-off because I think they don't have your tool box . Please help me friend I realy need your help so much !

You can extract HOSD from public flash files, if you want.
We have HOSDs on the support, but it's not possible to access it without the clip.
