most probably diag files created problem
need to confirm with product supporter exact model to be used from special unlock tab for clip detection in download mode

Sorry for late answer.
We haven't seen such cases yet, when main CID remains old in OS mode, we will investigate this, but, what are you trying to achieve?
CID is used only to limit firmware flashing, in your case CID in download mode is super-cid, CID in OS mode has no effect (sometimes it has effect on OTA firmware, but superCID doesn't give any privileges).

Did you try to do factory reset after changing CID to superCID ?

yes i do factory reset from download , from recovery mode & from os mode be-cos i want to remove demo mode
