Htc u ultra dual sİm just open at bootloader mode

Hi everyone,
i have htc u ultra dual sim
i cant start at normal mode and download mode
just i can go to bootloader mode
so how can i flash ruu at bootloader mode?
device is s-on
probably it had 401 europe rom

i cant remember my software number
so i must try others
just i know my model number
