HTC U Ultra only fastboot

Hi can anyone share HOSD files for recover download mode on this HTC U Ultra
Only fasboot mode and cant flash any file, i tried download rom and extract but get many files (0.zip 1.zip 2.zip etc) and get try extract HOSD file get CRC error file damaged

514160 (DUAL SIM)
516641 (Single SIM)

Please select one for your phone. You can try to flash it, or unzip and take HOSD out of the archive for direct flashing.
