I try trustedreboot then do a factory reset, but got this error.
FACTORY_RESET NOT allow .... (GT_CONNECT_FAIL)

HTC U Play S-OFF FAILED
Is this model supported S-OFF?
I only got success on U Ultra but U Play, already rooted by SuperSU 2.82.

After flashing twrp from HTC U Ultra (oce) in to HTC U Play phone freeze on entering in recovery and after 30 min it drop in to bootloop with vibro and MTK Preloader Port. Help please

HTC U Ultra (oce) TWRP does not compatible on HTC U Play. It will damage your device.

problem
hello when i try trusted reboot:

how to fix it?
