HTC U Ultra / U Play S-OFF instructions
 

Dear customers,

Please follow these simple instructions to S-OFF your HTC U Ultra or U Play:

1. Please unlock bootloader using "Bootloader unlock" tab in XTC 2 Tool.
2. Please download TWRP recovery:
U11 Ultra:
https://eu.dl.twrp.me/oce/twrp-3.1.1-0-oce.img
U11 Play:
https://github.com/sabpprook/android...1-0-alpine.img

and SuperSU:
https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/s...1705271822.zip
3. Reboot to download mode and install TWRP recovery using "Flash recovery" button.
4. Reboot to bootloader, then Reboot to recovery.
5. Upload SuperSu to the phone (using SD card or using direct transfer from PC to phone), and install it using "Install" button in TWRP.
6. Reboot to Android mode and press "S-OFF" in "Ultra S-OFF" of XTC 2 Tool.

Wait for the process to finish.

what should i don I've already unlock bootloader nd root nw try to s-off but stuck with this error massage.

I have sent you a reply on Skype.
It's a problem of your adb driver I suppose. Make sure you can read info from phone etc.

What can be happen with HTC u11 when I trying to s-off from xtc tool with ultra s-off? Maybe hardbrik? Or an error?

You will get an error.
Furthermore, there is no custom recovery for U11 yet, as far as I know.
