HTC U11 Life T MOBILE imei repair error - GSM-Forum

i am unlock thais phone and the imei now is 0 and i have tried to repair of diferent shapes and nothing also i formatted file system, copy the file htc58diag and nothing i change the firmware to the htc and nothing i do not know what else to do.

Hello,

I suppose you forgot to insert XTC 2 smartcard inside the clip, or you have poweradapter connected instead of the regular smartcard?
