When try to unlock bootloader is ask me to make s off. I cannot enter the phone to enable oem

You don't need recovery mode for this, but I realize now that flashing will fail, as you need firmware with same CID.
This phone doesn't respond to bl unlock command for some reason.
Let me check something and I'll get back to you.

Your phone should now have been rebooted to bootloader, probably you have problems with your drivers and phone was detected as in OS mode.

Please reboot to download mode and issue this command in terminal:

oem get_identifier_token

and paste the result

Uff it's hard then.
You can't flash recovery separately because of locked bootloader.
You can't flash other fw because of the CID.
You can't downgrade.
You can't boot to OS and enable oem unlock.

I will try to find a flash file for you, that's the only way I see at the moment.
P.S. In the mean time you can download any other OCEAN_UHL O80 flash and try to flash it.

Hello.

OTA files are meant to be flashed from recovery only, they can't be flashed from download mode. I don't have any solution at the moment, sorry.

hello i have the same problem but i have higer version android 9.my mobile version is android so first need to flash partial flash after i can flash.but problem is i can't find partial flash for android 9 cid_801 htc u 11 au 2PZ OCEAN_UHL
