Need firmware please

Hy xtc team. I need firmware for htc u11 os-2.33.91.6 CID EVE__001. Phone is encrypted. Cannot enterr recovery to wipe. Cannot unlock bootloader because oem lock and frp. Cannot change CID. Please add firmware for this cid

you can try to flash the partial firmware from OTA package and then get into recovery mode to wipe userdata.
