Thanks a lot for your input. Right, there are several models, especially old ones, which have confusingly different spellings in file name and firmware name itself.
I have added this model to our auto-correction list, so it should be fine now even without the underscore.

It is really confusing? because fastboot screen on the phone shows primou too. Maybe it will be better to improve searching on your page with firmwares? I mean when I will type primouin the search page - it should should search and show results for both primou and primo_u firmwares???

There is no primou firmware (concerning the file names), only primo_u.
But actually we speak about the same thing, as I wrote before - now, if you'll search for primou, you'll get results for primo_u.

need to make imported logs color full like phone cid imei no product id main ver etc etc this will make reading logs more easy ( i like setool box logs ) which show more clear
need to add a help button where user can read manual for each models ,,, these things will make software more easy and i hope after that no one will ask for help

Reboot tools must be on top For Support access have own Button about offical page and site have info button

the manual which already on every tab of xtc2clip software must be push inside and have own Button (Help Manual) for each tab and Model if possible i know for making manual user will help a lot

I don't see any problems with the server, can you explain what's the problem?
Also activation should be done only once, I don't understand why you maybe need it so frequently.
