Run Win32DiskImager.exe
Ensure the Device drop down box has the drive your card is inserted into.
Press the folder button and select the folder and filename you want to use to write your image file to.
Press the write button.

please adds optional tab to unlock HTC One M8 Verizon sim/network lock ! I saw GCPro can unlock it !

What is so special about Verizon unlock? Use Sprint tab, or reflash phone with generic firmware.
