i have the same problem ,only i can enter bootloader
and only can flash hosd in bootloader mode!

Are you sure hardware problem? Because many htc 10 have same problem after load twrp recovery. For make s-off phone must have twrp recovery. Twrp recovery not good solution. Phone not work stabil. We want to from xtc team direct s-off like A9 without twrp.
