Please read manual, then decide what do you want to do, then do this operation, and post error log or screenshot.

You ask about CID, then you write about gift file (which you don't need) and then about wrong image which is a flashing part.
How should I help you having this information?

If you disconnect the Y cable at this stage, does it go further?

i think some body try on it custum vesrion due to not accsept cid chang comnads

Then let it boot to fastboot without the clip, then connect Y cable and then go to simlock.

thanks cid chang successfull after i flash with this file RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_BrightstarUS_WWE_1.29.1540.16
after suucssful, flash fon show network lock
itry many time to unlock clip show suucesfull unlock but fon still requeir network pin

That means before someone killed phone security!! At the stage u cannot repair your phone. only who have the HTC card, he can be repair this.

so leave it & Don't waste your time
