There is no need to shout, we reply all messages in 12-24 hours max.

Make sure you have original MEID and your SPC is not 000000, because SPC is hardcoded into the phone, if it was changed by somebody, or MEID was changed - then you will get a wrong SPC code.

And by the way, you even did not provide any phone info, not even the operator name.
