I think you can simply enter 30 wrong codes to have the data deleted, and then use phone as usual.
Why do you think you cannot S-OFF it? Hboot should work as usual no matter what's set up in Android.

30 attempts left always, its not less if entry password and i did not try S-OFF but i don't think it will work , Cases if try to flash to Hboot phone become hang even Factory reset can't .... My seem EMMC problem and now also see this problem in Sony and android band. those phone also can't flash with flash tools and flasher also can't bootloader unlock cmw recovery install etc. Anyway, i don't have any phone right now. what could the problem ?

Well, he'll have to unlock boot first, and unlocking bootloader usually wipes all user data, including the encryption. I'll do the tests myself, but I think that factory reset from hboot should work.

hboot upgrade is not a good idea, it should be upgraded only with the updated software. Furthermore, the phone has special upgrade policy for hboot, so in most cases it won't let you flash anything, except the newer version from signed zip.

Did you try the factory reset from hboot?
